By making the processes insightful and applicable, some points of concern are visible at an early stage, with the result that these outcomes can be adequately addressed. By receiving the ISO 9001 and VCA * certification TS Group Holland can address a broader network and display more professionalism.
Crucial for good implementation of ISO 9001 in the organization is to create internal support. Therefore, TS Group Holland has a QHSE employee who is responsible for instructing, supervising and improving processes and workflows. On top of that, there is a KAM (Quality Work safety Environment) employee who focuses on ISO policy.
Furthermore, careful preparation and proper description of the processes are essential for smooth integration.
Although certification has just been achieved, TS Group Holland has already been able to reach even bigger clients. With this certification TS Group Holland expects to attract more Medical Science clients in particular.
